The gross proceeds of the contract (SOLAR PORTION) is 60 M$ USD. This being said, SOLR will manage to deliver, install and coordinate the SOLAR PORTION of the PROJET.

SOLR will engage all the costs necessary, this ISNT 60 M$USD in profit but in SALES.

The 10% allows SOLR to be an INVESTOR/PARTNER in the PROJECT. SOLR can offer UP TO 10% IN EQUITY for the project.

Green Data is responsible for financing the project and paying its suppliers accordingly.
