Shell has made a significant to T & T over the pas 100 years. With respect to TXP, some of the stories in the link might have contributed to the Touchstone of today.

Shell vis a vis Touchstone Exploration a Hundred Years in the Making

BWDIK? Great template for TXP (provided that the TO can be staved off). Point here is the TXP could/might "owe" Shell a first right of approval for Ortoire. Point being that what is the point of providing TXP with the historical drill logs. 

Point two(2) for today, the above paragraph not withstanding, are we allowed to SPECULATE that a TXP/NGC agreement buys TXP time to take the fab 4 far down the road to (continum) (steps are: exploration, development & production) production. A pseudo JV??? At 20,000 boe/eq is TXP "in their element??" 

Looks like a good day to break 100 ?? LOL
