Line of Credit is a liability. Cash is an asset. To say a company is cash rich because they have a line of credit goes down as one of the dumbest comments I have ever read. Don't forget the sweet 10% loan maturing in March; maybe they can pay it off with that sweet "cash rich line of credit."
