RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:shortsTechnical analysis is fine for large and medium cap stocks that have decent volume. But for low volume small cap stocks that are less than $5 per share and have limited fund ownership, the value of technical analysis is questionable. I believe Quarterhill remains a news driven and quarterly results driven stock until the share price hits at least $5.
