RE:BLDP is a big game

RE:BLDP is a big gameHello Maverick2004.

I am trying to understand your string of recent posts - can you help me with a little more information. You frequently reference the recent run up in the share price of Ballard Power (BLDP) which has hit $48 today. As far as I can ascertain, Aberdeen does not hold any BLDP in its small cap portfolio, and therefore any rise in BLDP would not immediately impact the price of AAB.

As it has done in the past, Aberdeen has announced it is now going to include Hydrogen related companies in its portfolio (Prior announcements - Lithium, African gold, African diamonds, Bitcoin, all of which appeared to be attempts to juice its share price by simply announcing it intended to  jump on the latest hot topic in the investment media).

Not sure this is sufficient to address the long time significant problem with ABB - it exists to reward its insiders, its independent board members are impotent and ineffective and it trades at a huge discount to its reported net asset value as a result. It has also entered into an oppressive management agreement that essentially prevents the termination of the current CEO.

NOt a stock to risk putting your money into, and at these recent run up prices, a good time to get your money out if you still have shares in this trap for unwary investors, IMHO.
