People were contacted, thats a fact. Is the PP closed? Nobody knows but I did not get any return from Rousseau. I do know that they answer the phone, but I never called, I prefer written answers.

The 2M$ financing is announced like I said yesterday, 5c for 40M shares, 0.15$ warrents for 12 months, hold period of 4 months.

Is this a plot to give control to Soundbite and merge the 2? maybe, but whoever gets in on that PP will have control.
