I came in for coffee and holy moly! Some here need to calm down, take a breath and re-read my post from this morning.
Behind the scenes PP's do happen. It has happened to me.... my initial reaction was being mad (like some here).
And then I did something I forever regret. In anger and frustration, I sold a large position of a stock that would be worth $350,000 dollars today. (See GSI.V). And I sold it for a shade less than $50,000.
It sucks that dilution had to come this way for QNC... but it was inevitable. In hindsight, there were opportunities to do it way earlier and and at higher prices, but as they say in Francais, "C'est la vie!"
Everyone had a chance to possibly get involved in a 7 cent PP last fall, and there were no legs for that animal. So they turned the page and did it at 5 cents - via a different avenue. And there likely was a chance there was not enough money in the bank account to afford a press release (my speculation only).
Regardless, let's turn the page and look forward. It's easy to disect the past as hindsight is always 20/20.
IMO, here is the question that everyone should be asking........ What is the inherent value of these electron based QRNG 2 patents that QNC owns worth? Now at approximately 100,000,000 shares outstanding once this PP is done, the market currently feels they are worth $13 million market cap, based on the current share price as I sip my coffee.
Next question..... What do you as an individual feel they are worth???
If people are buying at 18 cents, it means they feel they are worth $18 million.
If people are buying at 15 cents, it means they feel they are worth $15 million.
Everyone doing their own DD will come up with some valuation, based on what they find. And I guarantee each individual will likely value it differently.
I, like SEXTANT, have been here for almost 4 years. I personally beleive that my 4 year hold and the relationships I had made with people of the company is why I was contacted to participate in this PP. And I hear you if you feel frustrated that you may not have been asked. I have been there before (See GSI). Luckily for me (Maybe I'm lucky?), this time, I was asked..... I think I was asked because I have been holding a large position that was substantially under water for the better part of almost 4 years. Maybe fortune does favor the bold. Maybe not..... time will tell though.
I do beleive the increased shareprice (Lately) is a result of people starting to realize the value in the patents that QNC holds. (Maybe the appointment of Bellido was the catalyst for this)
I also beleive the current shareprice is only a fraction of what those patents are actually worth based off my DD.
So, I will continue to be patient and let the story unfold.
Time to go and make some lunch. My breakfast this morning must be finished because I can feel that my big gut is starting to chew on my little gut.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Oh ya... "To each their own"
