Hemostemix Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company’s principal business is to develop, manufacture and commercialize blood-derived stem cell therapies to treat various diseases. It is an autologous stem cell therapeutics company that holds 91 patents on the derivation of three stem cell lineages from the patient’s blood, including angiogenic cell precursors (ACP-01), neuronal cell precursors, and cardiomyocyte cell precursors. ACP-01 is a lead clinical-stage candidate, like NCP-01 and CCP-01, is generated from the patient’s blood. The Company is engaged in providing treatment for ischemia, such as ischemic cardiomyopathy, angina, peripheral arterial disease including critical limb ischemia. The Company’s proprietary technology is a personalized regenerative therapy that is administered to a patient within seven days of the initial blood draw. Its subsidiaries include Kwalata Trading Limited, Hemostemix Ltd., and PreCerv Inc.

Wtf and wtf—amazing upside based on peer company review

V.SVA now has a marketcap of $267 million. it's up 400% in a month and a half. HEM has a marketcap of $26 million. Have a look fellow investors. As far as I am concerned HEM appears far more advanced. How can the market justify HEM trading at 10% of SVA's value? Is this too good to be true? Is this the opportunity of a lifetime to be loaded in such a glaringly undervalued stock like HEM? We have considered other peer comps in the billion dollar range but SVA is actually a reasonable comparable. It's a Canadian company in the same bio tech sector.
We will soon find out if the midpoint results is the catalyst that finally gives this company a more rational and deserving valuation. It's really unfathomable to see a stock trading at this illogical valuation. One thing I have found in my investing career is if you believe deeply enough in a company and that company has the goods, the valuation will ultimately adjust itself to be more in line with real world market metrics.
