Biden will cancel Keystone XL pipeline today

If no new pipelines are built, O&G companies have to spend more to maintain the current pipeline. OSS will help them save money and be more efficient. Very bullish.

On the other hand, if new pipelines get built, then there more potential pipe that OSS can manage in the future. OSS will win either way.
