Both scenarios would be a huge upside to current market cap I can tell you that. When they upgrade pfs I think we will be pleasantly surprised. Selling or producing would be two different beast but given npv we would at least expect 1.50$ plus for an early buyout. If we go to production I expect out chart would be the next champion iron.



I would prefer a buyout for a good SP > 4 CAD than bringing it to production. Would need much money and time building a factory. Without a bigger partner for a JV IMO very difficult to finance.
