Nugget Effect To go over it, because the mill pile is loose material, they had to use percussion drilling and then they combined the cores and assayed them. I believe they still may have it all ground down for a finely milled bulk sample because of the nugget effect which will change the readings. (remember they were finding them in the pile).
Assuming it all looks good , it will cost about $500K to set up a portable mill system. (and a bit more for security, I’d reckon,) since they wouldn’t want any of the gold getting feet.
