Not a good deal IMO and my average is 7.4 cents, so I will do much better then a lot of the other shareholders here. I've been with QMX for 2.5 years hoping for at least $1 to $2 per share price someday, so discouraged. Let's hope someone out bids Eldorado.

for each QMX share held,
(i) C$0.075 in cash and
(ii) 0.01523 of an Eldorado common share (the “Arrangement Consideration”), for total consideration of C$0.30 per QMX share (based on Eldorado’s closing price on January 20, 2021).
