We need to see what Eric and the gang can do, if they think it's cheap then it's cheap and will argue for more.

Bear minimum is above the SP spike point, more cash distribution and perhaps a 1% NSR in case they hit it biggly...

We are worth north of 250 million with our plant and assets and Elo know it.
