Correction = the lady with the suitcase phone was 1984!

Correction = the lady with the suitcase phone was 1984! Not 1974!

A further comment is the fact that we have two types of cots : CAPIITAL  & OPERATING

The capital costs incurred now will be for the building of PLANT,  that will be in place for many yrs.30-50+? which gives advantages to an older plant where the cost might be 50% of what it would cost 15 yrs later!

NCU has an operating Plant which will continue to improve its efficiency over the next couple of yrs.

While I fully expect that the bottom line in 2020 & 2021 I expect it will be a different story by  2022.

Hopefully the astute analysts will be able to determine “normalized  earning” and reflect this in the price forecasts. ( at least on the cost side)!

It should be an interesting ride!
