RE:My opinion! We have to make Bombardier great again!Dreamer.
Yes you're right that the CSeries caused the Bombers downfall. But they couldn't sell it to the Chinese. Trudink's Gov't told the Bomber they can't sell the technology to the Chinese. So AB and PB did the next best thing. They got scammed by Airbus because they didn't want to get scammed by Boeing. I said at the time to MOTHBALL the CSeries until the Bomber got all the sold ones out, and if they got on their feet again financially they could have gotten back to production. The point of that would have been that they would stop the spending on inventory and closed the program down.Yet they gave it away for free to Airbus and got involved in some JV commitments to Airbus they couldn't meet.
Can we sue AB & PB (Bombardier) for that transaction? I'm no Lawyer. I doubt we can. The CSeries is their business, and I suppose if they felt that the Airbus transaction was the best way to go, then I think, that it may have some merrit. Even though we know that, that was the wrong decission now. One of many I might add. If they had held on to it for a year or 2, by mothballing it? They could have sold it to Boeing when the 737 max got grounded for Billions (JMO).
Where we the shareholders have a claim I think is when it comes to honesty, and shareholder transparency rights, to know the company's financial well being. They hid that from us, and were not TRANSPARENT in their dealings with all the deals. So that we the shareholders could make the right dicisions to stay, or sell our shares. Because AB and PB weren't truthful with all this information, we may have some case there. But other than that I don't see anything else.
As for Morocco and Belfast. They're long gone. Another give away.
As for BA. they can't give it away, or take it away privately. That's when the whole country will sue them. You can't keep stealing from the shareholders. That's why the whole Family has taken the Board of Directors from outsiders now, and are watching the BT money, so that PB doesn't give that away too. (JMHO).
I would focuss on the big upside coming up. That's water under the bridge.

his failure and at a greatly loss of all shareholders at the time when the C-100,C-300 were
sucessfully flying in the air and considered one of the best planes ever developed. His action of giving away shareholders' interest was irresponsible. He should have negotiated and sell it to the Chinese Government, who are in need of new planes. They are
at present finalysing the C-919 and still developing the CR-929, the equivalency of the C-700 of Bombardier. I am sure the selling of the S-series design alone would generate millions of dollars for shareholders. One thing it bothers me is, can a CEO give away the C-series away for free without the shareholders' approval? What if Bellemare gives the Biz. jet section away for free to Boeing? Any shareholders who are lawyers can comment on this, or can we file a Class action suit against Bomber?
Jan 11 is coming. We are still waiting for the final detail transaction with Astorm and the Q4
report in Feb. What happens to the selling of the Wing section in Belfast and Moroco? Are those
deals settled completely or still pending? We all anticipate a good result, hopefully it will go
back to 2$. GLTA
