Just to add to my previous post... If you buy shares from the bought deal and the market price holds up, you basically get a 3 year option for free to buy shares at $2.55.

Basically, those with access can short shares equal to their bought deal price and get free no risk options. So, I expect the share price to move down to $2.05 minus 1/2 the warrant value. Not sure where the market will value those, but I would expect at least $0.30 per warrant. Hence, I would wait for the share price to be at least under $1.90 before buying.
