RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HPQ Gen1 Nano Silicon Reactor Exceeds Expectations, ProducesBonjour,
The Agoracom interview that was released on January 21, 2021 answers your question:
https://agoracom.com/ir/HPQ-SiliconResources/forums/discussion/topics/753633-video-hpq-silicon-hits-all-time-high-on-silicon-reactor-achieving-major-milestone-we-are-going-to-have-fun-in-2021/messages/2299400#message One of the key points from this interview (and accompanying news release) is the ability to produce sizes sub 100 nanometers. Originally it was conveyed that the PUREVAP Nano Silicon Reactor process would be able to produce from size ranges of 200 nanometers and higher, the Gen1 commissioning test has already successfully proven the ability to configure smaller sphericity/spherical which is quite the development. This is a material size that will be crucial to using as an anode in Lithium-Ion batteries.
Plus HPQ is targeting both Nano Silicon powders and Nano Silicon wires along with hydrogen applications (that is one of the reasons why they partnered with Apollon Solar of France). Also note: "The scale of the Gen1 PUREVAP™ NSiR allows HPQ NANO technical provider PyroGenesis to take full advantage of a quick R&D feedback loop during the testing phase. Over short periods, tests are completed, material produced is analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) imaging combined with X-ray diffraction (XRD), operational parameters are reviewed and system modifications and/or operational improvements are implemented.
This is the key to our methodical approach of developing a truly disruptive low-cost technology that is going to change nano silicon materials manufacturing."
Apologies for answering in English, my French is limited.
Exciting times!
Long and Strong in HPQ Silicon!
