bbd owe 10.5 billion, will receive approx 3.5 bililion in cash and about about 10 million shares of alstom (at 47.5 euro (58us $)

out of wich bbd will pay 500.000 right away to lasst loan facilty obtained a few month ago (end of Q3 as it was agreed upon when bbd otained the loan)

so BA will have 3billion (+10 million Alstom shares) + any cash at hand end of 2020 fiscal year and will still have LTD of 10 billion

how BA will use casj at hand + 3 billion +10 million shares of Alstom Sh., i think this ww will learn about it on feb 11th, 2021
