What are you guys stalking about by selling 5 or 10$

What are you guys stalking about by selling 5 or 10$Please help me to understand the tactics of selling our stocks at $5 or 10$, while BBD
is trading at 61 cents.  My bank would not allow this high spread of prices order. How does this 
method would jack up the price of Bombardia? Thanks.
