Not impressed with management doing a private placement

Not impressed with management doing a private placementManagement should have offered right offering to existing shareholders instead of these stupid private placements. As a shareholder and owner of this company I do not see these types of actions as rewarding to existing shareholders. This was a deal that stinks to me and that is my opinion on it. The shares were trading in the 1.20 range a few months ago why did they not do the deal than if they were concerned about funding. Why offer warrants you have already given the sahres away at a cheaper price. As shareholders we need to demand more from Mangement. They are getting paid on behalf of us but who are they working for? Time to send Management a message enough of this BS
