RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Monday????? I spoke to my smug brother-in-law(who apparently is a VP? there) about my issues and concerns about the trading platform. He went on to tell me their 'senior team' was so far removed from those types of concerns and that it was basically 'buyer beware'.

I told him about how I placed a $30,000 trade order(which I planned to trade a short period of time later for a profit. Actually could have sold 15 minutes later for $40,000) and their garbage system took my order and said 'received' and then froze up for hours. I couldn't edit the order. I then called them and was placed on hold for over 6 hours. Finally, spoke to some low level plebe after hours who didn't even understand what I was talking about. She then put me on hold for another 90 minutes to talk to a 'TD trader'. Once I spoke to this person they mentioned something about 'technical difficulties' and apologized. Said the problem should be resolved the next day. I said, 'hey a$$hole! I'm now down $15,000 because of you third world crooks! I want my money back.' He then transferred me to his 'supervisor'. I completely lost it on him calling their system a small time bush league piece of garbage and threatened legal action. He told me to send in screen shots(if I had them). Luckily I did. I was re-imbursed. I think only because I was a 'customer' for over 20 years and they could tell I was finally fed up with their cr@p and they wanted to shut me up. After this I was exhausted and stopped trading for about a month before getting back into it with another bank.

Lol! my brother-in-law then said to me. 'Oh! you're lucky you got your money back.' I no longer talk to him.
