Why when they've already stacked the board. They can milk this till the cows come home and force them into the next financing. If they replaced Greg they might actually have to compete with others in the next financing at substantially higher prices. Let the current mgmt team drive this at turtles pace while the ball's in FF's court. Once they know its close to fruition they can offer another lowball chunk and earn a pile more of equity like they did in the first few offerings they took place in.
