RE:UpdateWaiting to see if the sale went thru...60 day option expires end of January so we should know news any day. They would receive $15mm usd and still hold 560k shares of IPA. Pay off the debt and see if Paul can pull another rabbit out of his hat with another 2x roi on another private co using private to public arbitrage technique.
