RE:RE:Spinning Off Ronin ???I agree that Ronin needs to be separate but I have a very large stake here and Ronin is a valuable asset given the current crypto-frenzy.
I've been here simce September 2018, not as long as you but I came in big and have held most of my initial position. I don't want to get burned here as I'm sure you don't either.
The stucture of the spin-off must be carefully crafted as I am not the only shareholder who would protest with a large voting block.
So long as the AI core advances and the longs are taken care of I'll support just about anything.

If this is announced and the float of Ronin kept under 50M coming out the gate, there will be a rush into DM , the challenge will be to keep newbies in both, and not dump DM for Ronin with the smaller float, they can do this with lots of great AI news.
Of course they will dilute Ronin to some degree getting operations up and running , lease facilities, buying rigs ect.
This leaves lots of questions and still like to know if this is connected somehow with Graph.
Good grief , management raise that curtain
DM is so in the Show Me Stage now, like no micro-cap I've ever been in.
