The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

UPSIDE: If the resource calculation comes in solid we are buying AMK at a premium discount.. at this lower price our downside is lower than if we were sitting at 50cts...
