Basically the first time I talked to him at length since December 2018 @Newton/note-from-bob-archer-fortherecord and I was impressed by what he was talking about for $NRG. Fun to talk with him about the challenges here, but even more fun to hear him getting all bulled up. I told him my perspective and was glad to hear what is starting to sound like a (good) plan...
