I.R. Firm Getting In The Zzzzzzz.........?

Shares still lower than the closing price of $5.13 when the pr was made, a +/-5% loss. Volume is anemic both in Canada on AHC and in the U.S. on ACSSF. Market hitting new highs and COVID still dominating our lives. So if earnings and a dividend is the only catalyst, why do you need to spend some of those profits on an I.R. firm??
