RE:RE:RE:If $60 oil world is real why would you ever sell? It's interesting to see more and more posters offering their FCF projection and the strategies they think the directors and management will propose to shareholders at the annual shareholders' meeting.
I remind you that it is at this moment that They will tell us:
1) If they offer a share buyback program. It must be approved. by the directors and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Normally this is a repurchase of about 10% of the outstanding common shares, over the next 12 or 24 months at market prices. Correct me if I'm wrong ...
2) The forecast projection of daily production
3) Projection of FCF per quarter.
4) Investment and operation expenses
5) Negotiation for a refinancing (reduce the interest rate)
6) The possibilities and associated costs to increase daily production.
6) The schedule of reimboursment of the debt.
And many other topics ...
All BTE shareholders must be present online at this annual meeting of shareholders.
Very bright future ahead ! Like many others Energy stocks !
If management do the right thing we will never see again BTE under 3$ for the next couple fo year.
It will no longer be a short-term trading action.
As I said a while ago, the declaration of a dividend will probably be viable but not until 2023. !
Depend where the energy sector go !
At least the debt will be reduce significantly for more then 50% before june 2022 !
Only my O !
Enjoy the little ride ! More to come end of february.
Hope to read your comments and analysis for a constructive and respectful discussion.
Still LONGS !
