It may be benficial to sell some or all of your CVHIF at current prevailing OTC prices.  The stock has sold on the US OTC for about USD 0.09 all week.  Or approximately CAD 0.115 per share.

Does this not exceed the per share return from the VCAN transaction ?  I can not believe that any future distribution before the company is wound down will amount to much.

I am also considering the restriction on selling my VIBE shares until April/May(?).  I do not anticipate that the VIBE share price will remain in the current range once all the transaction shares are available to be traded and holders decide to dump them on the market.

I would prefer to have my cash now and possibly buy VIBE shares at a significant discount at or near the trading release date for the transaction shares, if I still believe in the long-term potential of VIBE.
