Focus Graphite Inc. is a Canada-based advanced exploration company, which is focused on developing high grade flake graphite deposits to supply battery grade graphite. The Company's projects include Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca. Its flagship Lac Knife Project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, about 27 kilometers (kms) south of Fermont. The Lac Knife project is comprised of the Lac Knife property plus an isolated block of 12 CDC claims located 11 kms to the north of the Lac Knife property on NTS sheet 23B-11 (Montagne-aux-Bouleaux property). Its 100%-owned Lac Tetepisca Graphite Project is located in the Southwest Manicouagan reservoir area of the Cote-Nord region of Quebec, one of North America's leading emerging flake graphite districts. It comprises two contiguous properties, Lac Tetepisca and Lac Tetepisca Nord. Together, the two properties form a block of approximately 126 map-designated claims (total area: 6,785.14 ha).

 Subject: MELCC's response to the question sent on April 24, 2020 by the commission of the Public Hearings Office on the Environment (BAPE) for the Matawinie mining project Mrs, The purpose of this letter is to provide the answer to the question addressed to the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change (MELCC) in a document dated April 24, 2020 sent by Mrs. Annie St-Gelais to Mrs. Marie-Lou Coulombe. Q-1 Focus Graphite submitted in 2014 an impact study for the mining project of Knife Lake. In a document filed on December 31, 2019, Focus Graphite provided an update for this project: - The initiator received a first series of questions from the MELCC in April 2015, to which he provided answers in November 2016. - The initiator received a second set of questions in March 2017 and met the MELCC in April 2018 on this subject. - It is currently continuing its efforts to complete the technical analyzes necessary to answer this second series of questions (at 31 December 2019).
