Annual Voting Results - Gillberry 15.9% withheld. Why?Does anyone have insight into why such a large % were withheld from Gillbery in April 2020.? Also, in April 2019 about 14% were withheld from Gilberry.

One or more shareholders are speaking up by withholding.  Why did they vote this way?
