RE:If entity would want to acquire the corp soon what Sue was on one of these investor presentation expos about a month back, where one of the hosts brought to light a company that had developed similar coil switching tech, a company called Sevcon, who was bought out by Borg Warner in 2017. I believe the ppps was around 22 USD, and the analyst I spoke with about this was under the impression that Sevcon sold out cheap.
My limited research on this indicated a key difference between the Sevcon tech and Exro was that the earlier tech was mechanically driven, and did not auto calibrate on the fly as the Exro tech is reported to do, which are both order of magnitude differences in my opinion. What Exro has harnessed is superior tech, and why their IR department is always touting the importance of their proprietary algorithms.
When I heard about the company back in 2018, I was drawn to the tech because I could not find any comparable tech currently under development, it was clear that the applications for this tech are vast, and I felt that this was going to come to market at a very opportune time. I took a small position then at $0.40 per share.
When Sue joined the company, and flexed her muscle, I went all in. I feel strongly as many on here do that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
To all the newcomers, do your own research, this will not be a penny stock in short order, and to buy a substantial stake is no longer a few thousand dollars. We are still pre-revenue, in an inflated market, so make no mistake that the risk is high. However....high risk....high reward. I'm long on Exro, and baring any terrible turns plan to hold for AT LEAST the next 18 months as I watch carefully the progress we are making. Great leadership, great tech, huge market. What else are you looking for in a growth stock?
Looking very forward to the weeks ahead.
