RE:RE:Great News 🚀🚀🚀 Agree...not only too early for a NAS listing, a stock consolidation may be the wrong approach & can be very telling. It would not only screw "non-insider" shareholders (once again), it can wreak of a speculative pump in many investor eyes, big & small. Though we are making progress, there are some basic realities to consider: the company market cap is under 100 million, there is no research/analyst coverage, the company is still patent pending, there are nil revenues & there is yet to be proven production scalability (outside of a lab sample)....I'd argue a NAS listing right now would put this company at more risk.
If the company sincerely shared the best interests of all shareholders (not just insiders) & really wanted to ensure improved liquidity & more meaningful/sustainable investor interest, they'd forgo the NAS listing & first focus on creating more "sustainable" value....the most important imo being the economical & "scalable" production of psilocybin (beyond the lab) & building their IP. When something smells fishy, it usually is. JMHO. Best to any remaining longs...
