Where is the Y/E earnings release?

Where is the Y/E earnings release?Why is nobody posting on this board concerned that the Year End was October 31 and it has been 3 months and the company hasn't released any year end financial results?  Usually, annual reports are released no more than 90 days after their fiscal year ends. 

Delays like this don't instill the kind of investor confidence that TAAT needs right now.
