It's exactly what it's meant for, it's meant to meet Nasdaq requirements. Need to be valued over 4$ USD. You can do the math we are right about there. Also we don't have much cash for how many trials we have in the pipelines. I expect gov funding which would be essential if not, another raise/RS are most definitely in the near future. Don't get me wrong I'm still invested here, but these are the realities bull run or not.
