My thoughts are that messing with CHR is liking cuting your nose off despite your face, as domestic routes will return to normalcy more quickly. On top of that, is it possible that a freed CHR moves on quite quickly from a restructuring AC - as it is as close to a fully functional separate airline as one couold find, from maintenenance and leasing to just about every route east of the Manitoba border
