I just spoke to Robert, great conversation and welcomed all my questions!

He is as frustartted as we all are, as all has been submitted and he is also waiting for the halt to be removed. At this point there nothing more that KLY can as all has been filed properly and fines have been paid to the BSC, ASC and OSC. The hold up at this point has been discribed to me (as what has been told to Robert and the legal consel) is that the BSC, ASC and OSC are extremely back logged with staff working from remore locations (home). He is somewhat hopeful that the halt maybe be lifted this week, or next week at the latest! (fingers crossed)

As asked about new developments and yes there is some exciting developemnets and news to be announced, but not until after the halt has been lifted.
