RE:insider selling but why??????? If you look closely at the insider trading numbers over the past 10 months (since covid outbreak) you'll see about 160,000 shares were sold recently by Robert Handcock. The pure buys during this time period, not options grants and split information, you'll see 6,833,333 shares were purchased in two trades. I don't believe these numbers represent panic selling.
I am not a share holder but am considering taking a position in this firm. I have far more dd to complete before deciding.
