RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shorter Sellers - Good news IMOI am a new poster here although I have followed the thread and been a shareholder for a couple of years now. I have done my due diligence and believe that this company represents an exceptional investment opportunity for both short and long term growth. I do not feel that the present share price is an accurate relection of today's value and there are no doubt a lot of reasons which contribute to this.
I think the first reason for this is the deliberate lack of any sort of marketing oriented IR program by Excelsior in a world with a tendency for retail investor's to demand "instant gratification". This company is rightfully managed and advanced by competent technical people who will let the results speak for themselves as they happen and are content with that. They know that the share price will eventually relflect the results and are 100% focused on letting that happen, there is no need to promote the company such that the share price gets ahead of the value based on results.
Secondly, I believe there are one or more very large shareholders who have decided to liquidate at these levels for unknown reasons. There are large positions available at just under $1 and have been for days now. My guess is that the company may well have a good idea who is liquidating these positions but in the great scheme of things it is neither here nor there to them.
In summary, if you are an investor looking for great growth in your investment over time, hold the stock and check the price once a month. If you are one of the "instant gratification" crowd move along and quit whining about today's share price. Yes, you might luck out and double your money in a week or altenatively you may lose it all in the same time, I know that a year from now that my investment in MIN will be worth substantially more than today.
