Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. warrnts don't hav a symetry w the stok..  there i an intrinsic value..

they will have a market a few weeks before exercise..

the new warrants are european warrants - sold in switzerland and hav to be exercised for the stock..  be care fulll  some brokerages will mak u play cash to buy the stok and redeme w coupon.. the european/swiss style are more  akin to bearer bonds..

nonethe less the warrants are ragg-tops or in the US convertibles..

the first warrant series NCU is a call warrant and will get fiesty last couple of weeks as the stok price rises the warrant may go over the price of the stock..  in which case U can sell/exercise..

somebody here can probably better explain this
