DashForCash wrote: While I hate adding shares it was inevitable - but at least this time it was not at $0.07 - in fact 57% higher.  So add the raise and the extremely likely move that the extra share opportunity afforded will get picked up, factor in the early November non-brokered raise, remember what our cash balance was after Q1 and factor in our dramatically reduced burn rate. I believe Paul R. strikes again with crucial balance sheet support while we move towards near term cashflow positive - likely within months.

Strike while the iron is hot and he did versus the risk of not - I respect that...and now look at the multitude of options it now presents us with.

Do a little bit of homework and look up the very recent raises by Planet 13 and Fire...what price did they raise at? When did they complete the raise? And what price are they now?

And do not think for a second that Paul was not extremely sensitive to the importance of completing the forced Debs conversion - that is on his list as a must  - he absolutely would have factored that in.

These are my first blush thoughts...and oh ya - one more thing - the dude has more skin in this company than all of us combined to a huge multiple...not to mention that important other thing... called his reputation.

In conclusion...I am on board and very supportive of the move - smart & sharp - again...my opinion only...open to others as well...DFC

Picked up 50k shares today. Extreamly positive on TGIFF.
