Andrew Ryu Sells 3.6M DM and Marshall Gunter Buys 1.6M DMThis evening on Sedar a large number of filings were posted. Andrew Ryu has apparently sold another 3.6M shares of DM. Given that he is the Chairman of the Board this does not look good. That said, there are other gears in motion.
On February 10, Andrew Ryu executed options to buy 7M shares of GBLC, a company in which Datametrex holds at least a 26% position. Mr. Ryu is also the Chairman of the Board at GBLC.
Given that Andrew Ryu still holds options in DM for millions of shares it is clear to me that he is simply moving funds around among companies in which he possesses far more inside knowledge than we, the public, are privy.
Combining this with the fact that the CEO of Datametrex increased his overall position in Datametrex by 1.6M shares my assumption is big moves are afoot.
The disposition of Ronin and the speculation in the investment community that Bitcoin will reach $100K this year leads me to suspect some future link between Ronin and GBLC. I have no knowledge of this. I'm just trying to read the tea leaves as best I can.
