i have a lawyers appointment on Tues with a Corporate lawyer

I talked to the lady at our Credit Union about why this stock is still trading, she mentioned BLEVF is probably referred to as an " unsolicited stock" ( I think lol ) which means there has been no value put on the new company as of yet therefore there can be no accurate value of the stock, it is a free for all to the highest bidder as to the trading value , in her opinion if the name was changed in 2020 and they are staffing original people plus adding staff and have NOT TAKEN our funds (yet) or the US ticker away, that they may be getting things in place to try and start trading after the second quarter When there should be enough recorded data both financial and trading to present to the appropriate people, on the other hand maybe it is slow getting done because of the Covid issues and dealing with different countries, all I know is at $.01 / shr, the four insiders stand to lose a butt load more than me LMAO
Like she told me, it is really anyones guess while it is still trading.
