Everything in an INTENTION TO BE QUALIFIED UNDER NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 44-101 SHORT FORM PROSPECTUS DISTRIBUTIONS is open to be modified. 

There's no set number of shares, price, warrants, etc. if Kronos is shopping their IP you would need a short form prospectus available to negotiate an investment from a 3rd party.
