RE:RE:RE:RE:Apple appeal bump tomorrow?Astutein, there is nothing that prevents Apple from submitting in effect a nuisance appeal to the Supreme court. The question that I had last year when this question came up is whether a nuisance appeal could negatively impact future Apple Supreme court appeals.

Do any of the legal pundits out there have an opinion?
