Blackspade, I believe that the second Apple appeal of VirnetX's win is a separate case.  Without going back and precisely confirming the numbers, from memory, VirnetX has cashed the $600M+ check and is now awaiting a positive outcome in the $500M range from the second case...plus ongoing royalties.

You are right about ITS.  Wilan is the bank and will be the ongoing bank until an attractive lump sum is put on the table...lump sum = Wilan sale.

I was one of the skeptics on IRD when the announced QTRH acquisition focus was vertical software; I'll eat crow.  ITS focus is a well thought out strategy.
