I also emailed Evan this morning,no response.Just guessing but maybe Karland Health is a mickey mouse company but has certain Licenses & permits that Medival wants/needs to continue with their diverse services. Just like companies buying up pot licenses. I don't "ollection Sites" was very big company when QSC took them over. It was more of their Licenses.... just my guess. Hopefully we get a better understanding soon. Meaning,,MEDival continues to earn cash,
