Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Not sure of the date(s) of the Nas sahre count , but the 3M Diff would explain the 1.4 million shr cross last week.
My guess a pre-arranged instiitutional buy from the A.T.M.
Quite frankly. that is about al it could have been.
That-is unless a retail investor came up with 3 $million , I doubt that.
