RE:RE:RE:Septa meetingMy bad...I didn't read that closely, but they do have millions budgeted for safety and security, and technology improvements if that is what camera surveillance falls under.  If I'm reading that correctly on page 214.  The $20 million in annual savings is impressive.  The long range 12 year forcast, they have a lot of money budgeted.
