At the surface the wells are all evenly spaced. But the wells are drilled to reach the copper. During drilling the hole will shift because of different material the drillbit encounters. The downhole spacing of the wells will be totaly different than the surface spacing. Two downholes close together will have a short time of breakthrough, but a spacing that is 2 or 3 times as big will need way more time for breakthrough. That is probably why they say give it time. Also the permeability of the rock structure plays a role in breakthrough. I personally and a lot of other investors will give it the time it needs, but you don't have to. Please let it go and use a copper heatsink. You are overheated.
